What is your cancellation policy?
Fortunately, our self contained Mobile Video Game Theater provides an awesome environment, rain or shine. However, we understand that sometimes things simply come up. If you must cancel a party, a full refund is given with at least 14 days notice. Any cancellations with less than 14 days notice forfeits deposit unless the party is rescheduled for a later date. Parties may only be rescheduled one time. Cancellations or changes to schedule within a week of the event are at the sole discretion of Game Runner and may forfeit deposit.

All reservations have a deposit of $ 100.00 of the total of the event.
All events must be paid in full 7 days before the event.

How many gamers can the Mobile Video Game Trailer Accommodate for an Event?
The mobile video game trailer can handle 16 gamers comfortably inside and 8 outside (24 kids).

Is there a minimum age for the gamers?
While people can start gaming at a very young age, we ask that our attendees be able to read and take directions from our staff. However, for any child five years old or younger, at least one parent or guardian must be present to help supervise such child.

How much space does Mobile Game Video Game Trailer require?
We require a circumference of approximately 50 feet of level ground to park the trailer, plus some room to pull in and out of the site. The mobile video game trailer normally fits in front most houses, but may block the driveway. In parking lots, the mobile video game trailer takes between 4/5 parking spaces. The ability to pull straight into curbside parking is preferred as parallel parking a 24-foot-long trailer can be challenging.


Where can the Mobile Video Game Trailer setup?
Because the mobile video game trailer is self-contained, it can be setup almost anywhere there is ample level ground/parking. The video game trailer can easily be setup at homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.

Will you need to plug into my power or have power available on site?
The mobile video game trailer is a fully self-contained unit. It has its own generator on board that provides power to run all of the game systems. Therefore, Game Rollers does not need to use your home power system to run the games.

Do I need to supervise the party?
Game Rollers will provide a game technician/coach at each event to supervise gamers and all activities provided Game Rollers , thereby keeping all gamers participating in the games, but any other entertainment provided by others at the party must be supervised by the host.

Are food and beverages allowed inside the mobile video game trailer?
Because of the sensitive nature of the electronics inside the mobile video game trailer, no food, beverages, or chewing gum will be permitted inside the trailer.

How do you handle parties in bad weather?
The mobile video game trailer includes self-contained and insulated climate controlled air-conditioning to keep gamers cool in hot weather and a heater to keep the gamers warm in cool weather.

What games are available to play?
A comprehensive catalog of games is provided ranging from E to M in ratings. Party Game USA's goal is to provide gamers with a social gaming experience so most of our games are multi-player. Depending on the game selection, 24 gamers can participate simultaneously thereby providing a competitive social gaming experience for the gamers.

Do you require a deposit to book an event date?
Yes, to schedule the date and time of an event, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time the date of the event is reserved. A valid credit card or debit card is required to book your reservation.

When is the full cost of the Event Due?
The balance of the cost of the event is due 7 days before the event date. If you are scheduling an event less than 1 week in advance, Game Rollers will require full payment for the cost of the event on the date of you make the reservation.

What is the remedy in the event of unavailability of the Mobile Video Game Trailer?
If due to unforeseen circumstances, the mobile video game trailer is not available on the date of the event, Game Rollers will refund to you 100% of the prepaid cost for the event.

Can I postpone the date of the reserved event?
If you have paid the full cost of the event and you wish to postpone a prepaid event, if you notify us of your desire to postpone the event no later than 3 days prior to the date of the prepaid scheduled event, Game Rollers will use best efforts to accommodate you to a later available date no longer than 30 days from the original scheduled date. Game Rollers, at its sole discretion, will select the date for re-scheduled event.

What happens if there is bad weather on the date of the event?
In the event of severe weather (hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) Party Game USA may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of the gamers and your guests.

What other terms apply?
Game Rollers nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to ground and below ground property or equipment resulting from a request by the client to position the mobile video game trailer in a specific location.

Game Rollers reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the mobile video game trailer resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client and/or the client's guests.

Game Rollers or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
